I'm going to see him at the Hackney Empire on Friday.
Somebody's birthday and he got tickets for a few of us to join him.
I hope there ain't a lynch mob outside...pretty sure he will deal with the elephant in the room from the off.
I like the Hackney Empire... don't get much of a chance to visit but when I do I remember how much it pleases me to know that it still exists.
We lost too many venues in East and South London.

The tweet was stupid. He's apologised and been punished. Most likely going to spend the rest of his career as a pariah as well.
I cannot believe the police do not have anything better to do than open a case on this. Talking about making an example of someone. What do they actually need to investigate? There must be literally hundreds of thousands of far worse, actual hate filled and dangerous things being posted on that platform and other social media sites every single day which won't ever be punished.
How about going after the numerous real racists, religious zealots and homophobes who are out there?
